Personal accomplishment

This is a very personal accomplishment.I have become this American citizen,but nothing has changed me..Nothing....

I am 40 years old.

It is hard to imagine that I have been on Earth for the past 14,600 days...I will not forget this birthday for many reasons..Many reasons....

I am almost 40 years old

On January 20th 2010 I will be celebrating my 40th birthday..I am very excited about it.I have good plans for this birthday.

tough year

I have been having a tough year.It has been challenging my mind and soul.but I will overcome 2009. 2010 looks brighter.

My diet

My diet has been working..So far I have lost 11 pounds.I want to look good at 40 years old.

San Antonio

I really enjoy visiting San Antonio..I don't have friends there but I will.

Change

Every five years o so my life changes drastically...2010 will have big changes..Wait and see...

My Fridays,my friends,and Whole Foods...

I enjoy some of my Fridays with them at Whole Foods...Stephen and Lisa..I love them a lot...

I am very blessed i have some few friends I can count on...They make my life better..Way better....
